Brownwood Regional's Laboratory provides an impressive array of diagnostic services in surgical pathology, cytopathology, hematology, microbiology, chemistry and blood banking with the latest technology. Fully automated multi-test instruments screen samples for disorders in various organ systems, providing physicians with reliable test results in a timely manner.

The Laboratory is accredited by the College of American Pathologists and the Joint Commission on the Accreditation of Health Care Organizations and is supervised by a pathologist certified by the American Board of Pathology.
