CHILDBIRTH CLASSES
Your baby can arrive "special delivery" by participating in childbirth classes which are offered free to parents delivering at Brownwood Regional Medical Center. Find out more.

FIRST AID/CPR CLASSES

MATERNITY HEALTH FAIR
Expectant couples can learn important information about newborn care, breast and bottle feeding, and hospital admission procedures. Find out more.

CARDIAC NUTRITION CLASSES
A licensed, registered dietitian will teach heart-healthy ways to cook including how to trim the fat from your diet, recipes and menu suggestions, cooking with herbs, and lowering your sodium intake. You can learn more about the classes by calling 325-649-3470.

DIABETIC EDUCATION SERIES
Physicians and licensed hospital staff members speak to diabetics and their family members on a variety of topics including nutrition & diet, medication & social services, exercise, foot care & sick days, and preventing long term complications. The educational series is held in the West Entrance Meeting Room. Please register 24 hours in advance by calling Sherri Moreno at 325-649-3313.
